The Play and Learn Science app is a collection of educational games for children from PBS KIDS, designed to promote early science learning.

Children can engage in a variety of games that help them grasp fundamental scientific concepts, while also developing problem-solving skills.

Parents and caregivers have access to co-learning prompts that provide opportunities to create teachable moments, allowing children to see how science is relevant in the world around them. This app makes science education easy through play and real-world experiences.

The Play and Learn Science app provides adults with a range of tips and strategies to nurture a child's scientific thinking. Each game is accompanied by hands-on activities that bring the experiences in the app into the real world. This app encourages education beyond the virtual platform with co-learning activities for both children and parents.

 <li>Games that Teach: The app offers 15 engaging games covering core science topics. Children can explore the physics of moving objects and the forces that affect them by rolling different objects down ramps and over various materials. They can also learn about light and its interaction with objects, as well as gain an understanding of weather and its impact on living things through interactive gameplay.</li>
 <li>Make Learning Fun: Targeted towards preschool and kindergarten (pre-k) children, this app provides a fun way to introduce them to Earth Science, Physical Science, and Life Science concepts. Children are rewarded with drawing tools and stickers for each game they complete.</li>
 <li>Spend Time with Your Child: The app includes enjoyable co-learning activities that the whole family can participate in. These activities encourage exploration of science concepts outside of the app's virtual environment. Developed in collaboration with early childhood experts, this app offers an optimal learning experience. Additionally, parents can access tips for engaging with their child and activities that transform lessons from the app into real-world experiences.</li>
 <li>Completely Bilingual: The app allows users to easily switch between English and Spanish with the push of a button.</li>

Play & Learn Science, a free app from PBS Kids®, is a trusted and highly recognized brand in educational media. This bilingual app educates children about various scientific topics through fun experiments that can be shared between parents and their children. With over 12 engaging games that stimulate children's minds to learn more about science, parents can enjoy quality time with their child while fostering exploration and conversation beyond the use of this app. It also serves as a helpful tool for learning and practicing English.
